Hi Heidi - I actually had a little better day today...actually did water loading and (some of) the pouch rules....Hopefully this will get better and better...Hope you have a good day tomorrow..ONE DAY AT A TIME...DeAnna.

Hi there, DeAnna! I am really strict on myself, so I do not recommend this type of regimen to anyone, but just for argument's sake I will be glad to display a typical day. MORNING 7AM - 1 Bottle AchievOne Protein Latte (20g protein, 0 Fat, 120 Cals) 9AM - 1 Cup Black Coffee with DaVinci S/F Flavored Syrup 10AM - 1 Bottle AchievOne Protein Latte (20g Protein, 0 Fat, 120 Cals) AFTERNOON 12PM - Veggie Delight Salad from Subway, NO processed meats and cheeses - veggies only, with 1 packet of Fat Free Italian Dressing 1PM - 1 Bottle AchievOne Protein Latte (20g Protein, 0 Fat, 120 Cals) 2PM - 1 Ounce Salted Cashews 4PM - 1 Bottle AchievOne Protein Latte (20g Protein, 0 Fat, 120 Cals) EVENING (at various times) Boca Burger Grilled Patty (2) Southbeach Protein Meal Replacement Bars (2) Sugar Free Philly Swirls Frozen Treats This day gives me around 1200 calories, about 150 protein, under 20 fat, under 30 carbs. Again - I stick to a very strict regimen - I have multiple protein drinks throughout the day as a main part of my intake, mainly because they are convenients and quickly delivered nutrition, but also because they help me to maintain lean muscle mass and energy. Thanks.. I actually had a pretty major binge at lunch time. I had my hospital preop at 11:00 this AM, got off track for lunch, had way to much pasta, bag of popcorn, couple tablespoons peanut butter (with sugar - yuck) ...going to get back on track tonight, and have a nice small supper with salad, and drink plenty of water ......All the carbs wiped me out, and I slept for about 1.5 hours... Okay, feel better admitting that.....DeAnna.
