I wonder about this all the time.

I am 3 years out but now pregnant. Obviously scared to gain the weight that needs to be gained. I am no health nut and I suck at protein intake ... I feel as though I can eat a lot.. I mean A LOT. Has anyone had the doctor go in there and check to see how big the pouch is now? I always worry I may need a revision or something. I am worried to death. I am 13Weeks and I gained 5 lbs.

I thought for sure that I had really expanded my pouch, but I had a scope recently, and all that has happened is that my pouch is totally intact, but my stoma has relaxed and allows food through more quickly. Which is why I can eat more! So, it is up to me, if I want to maintain, to just use what I have learned and make the right choices. So far, it has not been a problem Congrats on the new baby coming!
