What to eat!

That's ok the food plan is very simple and easy. You will have to drink your protein as always and drink your water as always and you must eat the following way:
3 meals + 3 snack per day
Lots of protein up to 4 oz per meal if you could eat that much at once. 1/2 cup or less of vegetable per meal (in depend how much you could eat per meal) and easy on the carbohydrates and try to eatfruits for snacks with protein. like a meduim size apple or 1/2 cup strawberries or 1/2 banana, small orange, small slice of melon.
The following rules must be applied no matter what:
do not eat and drink at the same time/together.
do not drink soda, beer carbonated fluids and alcohol.
Take your daily vitamins and supplement as prescribed by your Dr.
Chew your food very slowly and eat very slowly.
Drink and/or eat your protein (? oz.) per your Dr instructions. Most Dr recomend a minimum of 65 oz to 80 oz per day. ASK YOUR Dr.
You could eat as protein:Meat, turkey, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, yogurt,
as vegetable: lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, green pepper, spinach, zuchinni, onion, califlower, celery, artichoke, asparagus, beans, carrots...
as carbihydrates: potato, corn, peas, yams, rice, bread, beans, lentils...
