New Year's Challenge start weight - 182.5
Current Weight - 182
New Years Goal - 166
On turkey day, I'll be eating protein first and then a smidge of anything very low sugar or sugar free. Planning to experiment with pumpkin and protein in the coming days and come up with a yummy pumpkin fluff.
Going to google couch to 5k program to pick up the exercise level.
I am worried that this week will be a no loss or, gasp, a gain week for me.
