I just started week 2.  And since I'm not in a rush, I'll probably do 2 minutes this week, 3 minutes next week, 4 minutes the following week and pick up their plan again.  It's all about getting there not exactly how I get there. :-)  So long as I'm making forward progress I don't mind it being slow.

A better pace? :-)

Thanks for the link, Jan.  How far along are you in the program.  I am a bit concerned that I may not be able to make it to running 4 mins. straight 6 times over by the end of the second week!  I think I am gonna try the one at

still stuck at 238....guess this darn gall bladder is causing me more grief than I thought...not able to eat enough, and now my body is hanging on for dear life to every pound

Oooooooooow, share pumpkin fluff recipe. :-) 

I have a good low carb pumpkin cheesecake recipe if anyone's interested.

I upped my water and protein when I started the running program.  About 100 g protein and 100 oz water.  Holler if you need anything. :-)

I either put the tv or music  and set up a small timer for 1 minute.  For the 2 minute intervals I start the timer again.  I got it from Pampered Chef online.  It really helped me.  I don't run fast either. ;-)
