Well this week I lost another 2 lbs.  That is putting me at 188 lbs.  Yay me I am in the 80's.  I have 9 more lbs to reach my New Years goal.

I am down 2 lbs. this week finally. Been a long struggle for me.
Wish I could run like the rest of you, but am happy I can still walk. I blew out my
knees doing road constuction for years.
We are going to my sons house for the holiday. He even asked what he could
make me special so I have enough to eat. He loves to cook.

Ugh.  My 1st gain since surgery... 3/4 of a lb.  to 167 3/4.  Very discouraging since I really have stepped up the exercise.  I do the walk/run thing on the treadmill M-Sat for 1 mile compared to only exercising 3x a week, and keeping a food journal.  And very strange because my size 12's are very loose, and I had to actually exchange a new pair for a size 10!.

Hi all! I don't know how successful I'm going to be at this one since I'm scheduled for a hysterectomy on 12/16, but this was my original goal for New Years. Here's to hoping!

266.

Stalled and bounding between 263 and 266 BUT, all of my new pants are getting really loose in the waist.  Wish the belly would get a little smaller, but thank goodness for Lane Bryant slimmers.

Thanksgiving plans still up in the air.  I've decided to forgo the whole turkey bird for a brined turkey breast.  My sons are out of the house and come for dinner at home and also have dinners with girl friend's families, so there isn't really a big crowd to feed and too many leftovers would just go to waste.

 145.4 as of this AM.  My stall has finally broken (I hope). At this rate I may end up revising my New Years goal but we'll see what happens.

seems like the more I try to focus on losing I start to gain
The weather here hasn't been the best (raining and cold) so I
haven't been walking during my lunch - boy can I tell the difference
Need to wrap my head around this and turn it around
