I also like Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. with and without Abs. I like most of her tapes and you walk right in your livingroom. She adds weights or a waist resistance goober. She has lots of energy and makes the walking fun. The VHS videos are half the price of the DVDs.

I made myself a rule. When I talk on the phone I walk circles around my livingroom. No more sitting and talking. I love Crossing Jordon. I always walk through that show and never even notice I'm walking. The time goes by fast. Make up your own "rules" to fit your schedule.

My body seems to want to stay above 200 no matter how hard I work this week. lol It WILL come off.
Tomorrow starts week 3 of my run/walk program. Mon & Wed Run 5 minutes, walk 1 minute..5 times. Fri & Sat run 6 min, walk 1 minutes..4 times, then run 2 minutes. Still doing 30 minutes but it's distributed differently. So even though I lost less this week than the previous 2, I'm in waaay better shape. I'm actually liking it. Who knew? :-)

I am down 2 more pounds. Feeling better about myself too.
Went to the doc on friday and had an abdominal ultrasound.
No gall stones, but I have a huge cyst on my kidney. So now
I have to see the urologist. Boy I do have good luck don't I!
