Hi lea,
Down 3 so I'm at 233. Personal trainer handed me my workout yesterday. I did the evaluation last week and I think I tried too hard---ended up scoring Level 4 on aerobic capacity (highest) and 3 on leg strength/flexibility so now I have a program that has me doing 4 days of 40 minutes of target zone cardio and 3 days of strength training featuring 10# dumb bells...what was I thinking????
