Hi Lea~ Having the grandbaby must be so much fun for you!!! Questions: How long do you wait between eating & drinking? What does everyone do for exercise and how often? Who has made the biggest deal out of your weight loss?

Food has been a treat for so long I think it's going to be difficult to break that one. I'm trying by getting facials, massages and pedicures. But they aren't available at 10pm when those munchies sneak in when I think of sad things. What do folks do about those?

I'm new - RNY surgery was 8/5/08. My highest weight was 240, current is 199; would like to be 190 by Labor Day. It's hard to judge - not sure how long the really rapid losing will continue!

Finally things get kicked into gear!! I was stalled out for a while and was not a happy camper. Goal - 230 Weight this Morning - 234 I'm getting close and I think I can get to goal.....I think I can, I think I can.....
