Food has been a treat for so long I think it's going to be difficult to break that one. I'm trying by getting facials, massages and pedicures.
But they aren't available at 10pm when those munchies sneak in when I think of sad things. What do folks do about those?

I'm new - RNY surgery was 8/5/08. My highest weight was 240, current is 199; would like to be 190 by Labor Day. It's hard to judge - not sure how long the really rapid losing will continue!
