Do you have a goal weight and/or goal BMI? If so, how did you come to that figure - Was it given to you by your doctor or did you come up with it yourself? As you approach your goal, do you find that you have to adjust it or that it is unrealistic?

I can't wait to find out. I looked in the mirror last week and was so surprised at how much thinner my face was and I did a double take. Time will tell.

No problems so far other than the weirdness of being able to eat an egg and havarti cheese at separate meals but not together. Together I dumped after 3 bites. YUK.

We're looking kayaking and inline skating, things I couldn't do before.
I walk more..3 - 4 miles a day now vs 2-3 miles before.
I even climbed on the treadmill and did a 1% incline yesterday. Imagine that!
I park farther from every store to get in those extra steps.

I still haven't processed the difference, most of the time. I went out to get an outfit to wear to a shower and automatically headed for the plus size dept even though I now wear a 10!

Nothing different, really. Everything is just so much easier and more fun.
