Often times it's still how I view myself now. I can recognize the huge difference when I have pictures side by side. Scary that I let myself be like that.

I had a blockage which required emergancy surgery on day 2. I was in ICU for 7 days then stayed in the hospital another 5 days. I went home with a TPN port which was put in on day 2 after my second surgery. WTF...I had surgery to lose weight NOT be force fed. However I learned quickly it was for nutritional purposes!!

I play with my kids without getting tired!!! I can ride my horse for an extended amount of time and not be exhausted. Running ~ I find myself running to get things occasionally and it feels like I'm floating ~ my feet aren't used to this lightness.

I am still having a hard time processing the difference, but I feel so much better about myself now than I did then, I feel like I deserve more, and will not settle....

I dont consider dumping or throwing up as complications, so I havent had any problems really at all. I think i've been pretty lucky so far.
