I am at 234  right now and. my labor day goal is 225  a few away still. By Halloween my goal is 180   Wish me lots of luck. When my kids go back to school next week, I plan on having a major crackdown on the treadmill, so hopefully I can really kick this back into gear.

I forgot to set my Halloween goal. Ummm... hmm... I'll go with 285. :)

UGH!!!  I've been so bad at keeping up this time!!  SORRY!!!

Current weight is 277.   Goal for LD is 275.  It could still happen.  LOL

Goal for Halloween... hmmm... 250.

Current weight is 181.  ONCE Again I did not and willnot make the 175 mark.  I am going to say 175 AGAIN for Halloween.

Labor Day Challange- so far...

Surgery Weight: 285 lbs.
Labor Day Challange starting weight- 232 lbs.

Met my goal for the labor Day!  Morning and evenng at or below 192!!! (moring 190.5)

So .... yeah for me.

Next goal; Haloween: sticking to 182 lbs. 
I am chosing a realistic goal that I can meet if  i work hard and everything is cooperating.

I wonder the same thing about why it seems so much easier for some people to loose so much more.  The surgeon told me not to expect to loose much more, that this is where my body is probably going to say enough is enough but my gosh I wanted to get to my own personal goal of 155 at least.  I don't think that is ever going to happen.   I have gotten into counseling and am trying to learn congnitive behavior therapy but it is a long slow process to change the whole thought process I have used for the last 46 years of living.   I know that I do not exercise like I should and I have no one to blame but myself in that area.  One thing at a time though.  I sure do know it gets discouraging and I just fight the urge to eat all the time.    Maybe we could become e-mail buddies and encourage each other in the struggle.   Let me know.
