Hi Lea

I'm pre-op. My ticker has my weight ranges...
By Feb 16th, My goal is to not to gain weight, and be consistent with my food log. That should produce at least 4-6 pounds reduction.

Do you post regularily with a variety of "Challenges"
What does it mean "join"

Current holding at 136 scale just doesn't want to move. my One year anniversary for my surgery is 1-28 I was hoping to make personal goal of 130 but don't think so But I'am going to keep trying and still very happy with my results this far.

I'm struggling with the transition from the "losing" stage to the "maintaining" stage. I'm 13 months post-op.

My weight when the challenge started 2 weeks ago was 158 and I set my goal at 149, but I now I think I'm never going to get that low.  I've revised my long-term goal to remaining at or under 160. I'll be totally satisfied if I can do that. (pre-surgery weigh was 276)  I'm 5'4 and I wear a size 10 or 12.
