Website to help you track your weight loss
I have been on a website called www.fitday.com
It is really great! You can enter the foods you eat each day and it will track your calories, fat, protien, carbs, ect. You can enter information on your exercise and lifestyle and it will tell you how much you have burned verses how much you have eaten. The website is free! Go have a look!
I was having problems keeping track of my protien intake and my carbs. The website has made it so much easier for me. Also, there is a nutrient assessment on the reports file that will tell you if you had enough vitamins and calcium..ect.... each day.
