I did not post last week - I was on a cruise. It was fun, a lot of it.  Lots of food.  Good food and not-so-good for me food.  But all tasted great.

How did I do?  great. I was planning to lose, but that did not happened.  I did gain - 1 lb.  
So now I am still at the beginning  155 lbs.  I guess my goal of 145 by VD may not happen after all.  But I started exercising.  My muscles hurt.  I worked hard.
