ROLL CALL!! Valentine's Day round of mini-challenge week 2
I'm back! I know, I fell off the face of the earth - school is a nasty thing - but I'm back now, and I want to rejoin!!
My body is apparently happy where it is, but I'm still trying.
I missed my Halloween goal. I missed New Year's goal. I WILL make this one!
Current weight 177.8
Valentines' Day Goal: 175
Don't laugh. I realize it's just 2.8 pounds. But I've been at this weight since HALLOWEEN. I won't budge. But I'm going to find a way.

I was out of town last week and I don't know if I posted or not....I did not meet my NY's goal by NY's, but I have met it now....CW 198...I lost 3 lbs while I was visiting friends and family! YAY! I forget what my <3 days goal was...maybe 195? Hopefully that will be achievable! It's crazy to think I have lost 115 in about 10 months! Take care and good luck everyone!

Valentines Goal: 165 (I upped it because I"ve been in a stall for 3 months. If it breaks, I"m going to shoot for 160).
Overall Goal: 150
I haven't lost a thing again, so the stall wins again. I"m OK with that; I"m just glad I didn't see the + side this week. Adding 30 mins cardio each morning as well as my regular 3/day week gym visits. We'll see if this change helps.
