ROLL CALL!! New Year's Mini-Challenge--final days!
Hi all! I've never taken part in a challenge before. I'm assuming the reason to do this is to stay on track and ever alert to our goals, so I'm all for trying it!
My RNY surgery was 9/15/08.
My highest weight was 341.
My current weight is 276.
My goal weight for Valentine's Day is 260.
I don't know if this is reasonable or not. I am going by my current weight-loss trend. My surgeon said after 3 months post surgery, I will start to slow down in results. Is there a way I can estimate the rate at which I will continue losing? I know we are all individuals so "results will vary"! It will help me understand if my expectations are right. Thanks.

I'm currently at 211 which is 3 pounds under my goal of 214 for New Year's. I'm really going to challenge myself and update my Valentine's Day Goal to 199. That would be a 100 pound loss since my RNY in July (130 pound loss in all). It will also be the first time my weight was under 200 in 27 years!
Thanks for keeping me motivated!
