ROLL CALL!! New Year's Round of Mini-Challenge! week 4
Ugh! Sorry to hear you're not feeling well.....some stomach thing has been sweeping the house through the kids here....hopefully I can escape it! hehehe I am at 205...so down a lil bit....inching closer to NY goal.....hopefully it will keep moving down....this is sooooooo frustrating when it moves so slowly like it has been doing the last 4 mths or so...no huge losses, but I guess at least its still coming off. I have been trying to be better with the water/protein/exercise thing as well....I leave for Tx on the 29th, so I am hoping to be to my NY goal by then....need to ramp up things I guess hehehe I have our support group dinner I am attending tonight...so that should be fun...get to get all dolled up...will post pics soon! Down 3 so I'm at 233. Personal trainer handed me my workout yesterday. I did the evaluation last week and I think I tried too hard---ended up scoring Level 4 on aerobic capacity (highest) and 3 on leg strength/flexibility so now I have a program that has me doing 4 days of 40 minutes of target zone cardio and 3 days of strength training featuring 10# dumb bells...what was I thinking????
