ROLL CALL!! New Year's Round of Mini-Challenge! week 3

My body seems to want to stay above 200 no matter how hard I work this week. lol It WILL come off.
Tomorrow starts week 3 of my run/walk program. Mon & Wed Run 5 minutes, walk 1 minute..5 times. Fri & Sat run 6 min, walk 1 minutes..4 times, then run 2 minutes. Still doing 30 minutes but it's distributed differently. So even though I lost less this week than the previous 2, I'm in waaay better shape. I'm actually liking it. Who knew? :-)
