Week 3 already and Thanksgiving is almost here!  For anyone not already aware, we've begun doing the daily post topics on the YahooGroup only.  Email me for info if you need it.  If you've not already joined the group, send a blank email message to [email protected] and we'll get you signed up!  (You must be a member of the OH mini-challenge to join/participate!!)

CW 190..snow is here..trying to find other ways to exercise seeing i cant go for walks in the freezing weather.

A rebounder (small trampoline with a bar) is a good investment.  You can walk or run on them.  It comes with a video with a great workout.  $89.98 and free shipping.

I also like Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. with and without Abs.  I like most of  her tapes and you walk right in your livingroom.  She adds weights or a waist resistance goober.  She has lots of energy and makes the walking fun.  The VHS videos are half the price of the DVDs.

I made myself a rule.  When I talk on the phone I walk circles around my livingroom.  No more sitting and talking.  I love Crossing Jordon.  I always walk through that show and never even notice I'm walking.  The time goes by fast.  Make up your own "rules" to fit your schedule.

Current = 169; I'd love to be 158 by New Year's (which is what my surgeon said would be an average result from my surgery -- am hoping I may make my eventual goal of 140 at the current rate I am losing).

Ok I have been out of the loop for a while, but honestly I must say I need this, it keeps me strong and focused.
I would like to join the new year challenge.

goal for new year 151 - gonna keep it low because I am at a total stand still and with the holidays its going to be a bigger challange than I can even imagine.

ALSO I WANT YOU TO KNOW I TRIED KAYS AND OH MY GOD THEY ARE SO SO GOOD.  EVERYONE HAS GOT TO TRY THEM
