206.3  -5!  woo hoooooooooo! 

I started couch to 5k..I run a minute, walk 2 minutes for 30 minutes and my weight started dropping like lead!  I include that in my 10k steps a day now.

Thanks for the link, Jan.  How far along are you in the program.  I am a bit concerned that I may not be able to make it to running 4 mins. straight 6 times over by the end of the second week!  I think I am gonna try the one at

I just started week 2.  And since I'm not in a rush, I'll probably do 2 minutes this week, 3 minutes next week, 4 minutes the following week and pick up their plan again.  It's all about getting there not exactly how I get there. :-)  So long as I'm making forward progress I don't mind it being slow.

A better pace? :-)
