FINAL ROLL CALL for Halloween round...
I'm bringing up the rear. We were at the Los Angeles OH conference, what a blast!
I didn't make my goal, didn't have candy, but did have SF cheesecake at the event. I'm finally able to eat solid food, yaaaaaaay! But I gained weight there, boooooooo! lol
Halloween goal 206, actual 215. But hey, I'm down a heap. Onward to New Year's Eve, goal 196. Hopefully more realistic this time. Time will tell. :-)

current 223#...my body likes it here I guess.
future goal (permanent goal)...180#...that was my absolute WLS goal and it seems FAR from attainable at this point...so going forward I am leaving it there - in my face - to try to push a bit...
PS: I have eaten candy...but I have cut back on snacks during the day and because of that I have maintained...NOT lost...but at least maintained. The Holidays are looming and it is only gonna get harder from here...I can eat sugar...I rarely dump...I do have issues with hypoglycemia...but not consistently..so I am challenging myself to be more aware of what I put in my mouth and stay focused on my goal of 180#..

For the New Years Challenge, I have set a goal of
135
which translates to 13.8 lbs in 9 weeks This challenge will run up to my One year Anniversary. I had hoped to make it to 130 but I keep running about 3 lbs over the weight loss estimator.

I ended my Halloween Challenge at 226 pounds which is 3 pounds below my updated Halloween goal weight. YEA! Of course I've stalled since then so I'm currently maintaining 226. I guess my body needs a break!
I believe my New Year's goal is 214 pounds. Hope I start losing again soon so I can reach it!

Hmmmm, well. I'm new to this forum. I guess my stats are:
Highest weight - 240. Surgery weight - 217. Current weight - 133. Surgery date - 3/25/08. My New Year's Goal would be 125, so 8lbs in 6 weeks. Although I'd secretly be perfectly happy with a pound a week.
Most important, I'd like to report working out more regularly than I have been, really getting back into the weekday habit! That's something I've REALLY got to work on. :-)
