And no Halloween candy for me, but my friends did have some hors d'oerves while we greeted the trick-or-treaters (as pirates), so I had some shrimp, a mushroom stuffed with sausage, and a couple of small triscuit crackers with some cream cheese dip.

I am almost at my Halloween goal!!! I am 170.6 and my goal was 170.... so I am calling it goal!! LOL. I made the first goal and adjusted it so it was still a challenge, so I did well.

So my New Years goal is 160 and I think this will be a challenge because I am starting to slow some in my losses. And I hope that the rheumatologist doesnt put me on something that makes me gain. From what I am reading up on.

As far as candy goes I have only had a few peices of SF Hard Candies. Thought long and hard about a mini cinnamon donut yesterday but I quickly got my beef stew ready for dinner and ate that first and was too full to have one. Temptation resisted.

No I finnished at 173.... I had to have 1cc removed from my band the first of Oct and I have no restriction at the moment and I will tell ya bread is GoooooooD. Going Thursday to get a small amount added back...

Ate 14 Hot Tamales and a little, tiny twizzler...I think I did well considering I had 20 lbs. of candy in my house!

167 again yesterday, so missed my goal AGAIN! 

Goal is 155 - I'm good with anything between 153 and 157. 

I am so screwed up - yesterday, we had a potluck at work - started the day with a chocolate chip cookie  .  The day progressed with various "treats", but I tried hard to be good.  No candy at all, but some things I shouldn't have had.  So then, my boyfriend calls, being admitted into the hospital...   Spent the next 10 hours running back and forth between the hospital and home, so I could go trick-or-treating with the nephews (tradition) - and forgot to eat.  Got sick...   Did pretty much the same thing today, less the trick-or-treating.  I have to remember to eat every four-six hours, or my blood sugar drops and NO ONE around me is happy - least of all, me. 

The only good thing is that once I get back on track, the weight usually drops quickly...   whenever I spend a day or two on a bad track. 

Sat on the loser's bench 8-25-06!!

I believe my goal was 150 I'am 145 and I had a few pieces of candy here and there mostly dum dums thou they tasted so good I know not good but tasted good. My New years goal 135
