Does anyone experience Blood Sugar issues? If so, what are you doing for it?
I experience them at least twice a week and it usually comes if I have eaten something high in carbs. I chase it with some dense protein and avoid sugar to keep it from happening. My lowest is a 29. I now carry a blood sugar monitor and test when I get the feeling of crashing.

Katy,
I've been diagnosed as hypoglycemic recently. Funny! I was diabetic preop - 14 pills and 2 shots daily for the diabetes. Now, I drop. I've been having episodes a lot lately. I find certain things make it worse...the more carbs I eat, the lower I go and the faster I drop...the warmer the weather (or higher the humidity) the faster I'll drop. My lowest was 38.
I test often now too. There are some days I can't seem to keep my BS above 50 no matter how much I eat. Other days, I'm great - absolutely NO issues.
PM me if you have time and let me know what your nut and doc have prescribed for you as far as food/drink during an episode, how to prevent, etc. I'd love to compare notes. My surgeon said I'm an anomoly, as most people become hypo at 14 months+ post op and I reached it in just 7 months, plus rarely does a "true" (his word) diabetic become a "true" hypo (again his word).
