Do you feed your family your WLS meals or do you cook a separate meal?

I work 12 hour shifts so on days I work my mom cooks whatever and I eat when I get home, but days im off, I cook  (alot of Michelles recipes) and my family happily eats whatever I give them. We rarely eat pasta and potatoes and no rice.

They eat what I eat I guess.  If they don't like it, they make their own.  :o)

It's just DH and me.  We pretty much eat the same way, although he's not such a fan of chicken, and I can't do steak very well anymore.  So on nights when he wants a steak, I'll have a chicken breast.

They eat what I eat.  It's just my DH and my uncle in the house, so when I cook, I just give them bigger portions.

In the early stages, my daughter and I pretty much ate the same thing - she was able to lose 60 pounds by eating properly.  Now, I cook three or four times a week for my boyfriend, and I always make him some sort of side dish.  He's not a veggie person.  I usually have a spoonful of the pasta or potatoes, but I eat salad or vegetables with my protein.  The rest of the week, he takes me out, and I try to eat sensibly, but usually bring home lunch for the next day.

We all pretty much eat the same way. I cook dinner the same way I did before WLS. I just pass on the rice or whatever other not so pouch friendly side I make them. Dinner is the only meal we eat together, if my hubby comes home for lunch I make him and the baby a sandwich and I nibble on a lunchable.

My kids are grown so they usually cook for themselves or they eat what I eat.
