Daily Post--8/31/08

Last day of the month....  What do you hope that September brings you this year?  I know for me it brings the opportunity to get back into the classroom a bit as I am substitute teaching again this year for the first time in 5 years (due to my health and weight issues).

Fall is my most favorite time of the year!  Fairs, apple picking, horse shows, changing leaves and NO BUGS!  I hope to spend some quality time with my family & friends.
I'm working on my mental health right now & hope to make some progress in that area.
Maintian my weight at 118 - 122!!  But, at 121 I'm not happy so I set a goal to get back to 118.

For me September means holidays are coming and this is my first year wondering should I bake hmmmm not sure

September is my surgiversary month (the 17th).  I hope to reach my goal of 134 pounds - 7 to go.

September brings a lot of things:

~ my bff's surgery in on the 2nd, as well as my grandma's 83rd birthday

~ my classes start on the 3rd

~ my grandma's party is on the 6th, and I'm seeing family that I haven't seen in maybe a year who don't even know I had the surgery

~ my friend's wedding is on the 13th

~ once September is done, then the OH convention in Philly is here! 

I hope that September sees a continued progression toward my goal, good health and some time for me.

With my teenage son back in school, it means lots of running back and forth because he's in the marching band, but I hope that it means a little more time for me during the day.  I do like my quiet time.      Jules

September will bring me a visit from my aunt and uncle.  My son is 13 years old and named for their son who passed away when he was 5.  They live in Germany and we haven't seen them since my son was an infant. This is going to be great!

Well, September is bringing my first real date in 10 years with a man I've known for 6 years and I adore!!!  We're going out to dinner of all things! He knows about the WLS and is very supportive of me.

This is my absolute favorite time of year...I named my daughter Autumn after all....September is bringing me challenges at Church..We are starting a capital campaign and I am the publicity chairman...there is so much to do and a very stressful time for me...I am hoping I can get thru this without "eating" my way thru it...I am struggling - I won't lie.
