Hi all, I am at 237 mine is coming off very slowly right now. I am not excersing like I should, I have been eatin bad foods and innapropriate amounts, and am very depressed. My hair or falling out soo bad, and life kinda sucks right now. My surgeons nurse today was not very much help, and I see my regular Dr. tomorrow, maybe he can help. Thanks for listening to me vent. ok, revising my post I made last night.....as of this morning I am 226.4...my LD goal is 220....I am crossing my fingers that the scale will keep moving and let me hit my goal for once....last couple of challenges I have missed out by couple lbs here or there....so I am hopeful I will actually make it! Yay! Suz
