Have you tried any new recipes lately? If so, did you like it, would you make it again? What is your #1 go to for protein? When you get stressed out, do you find yourself going back to old, bad eating habits? What do you do at that point? Jules

5 months out and I am getting very comfortable eatting candy and now I feel like I eat all day. AHHHHHH

Questions: 1. Have you been able to identify specific foods/drinks that will make you gain/nauseous? I know this sounds like a silly question, but it seems to be different for everyone. 2. Did you set a goal pre-WLS, and if so, what was your goal based upon? 3. Do you find yourself comparing your body to others, and do you find that you still think you look much bigger than you really are?

Do you have a goal weight and/or goal BMI? If so, how did you come to that figure - Was it given to you by your doctor or did you come up with it yourself? As you approach your goal, do you find that you have to adjust it or that it is unrealistic?

Here's the million dollar question!!! How do you know when you're *done*? My surgeon won't give me a weight goal, and I have no idea what I should weigh. I'm large framed and at 201, I'm already boney. I know I can lose maybe another 20 pounds, but 180 doesn't seem skinny to me. And I'm only seven months out, so shouldn't I lose a lot more?
