Funny this is on here. I was diabetic pre WLS, now not diabetic anymore. However, last night I was 38...I was confused, I was not making any sense, I was sweating, I was really bad off. I was on the phone with a friend when it hit and she offered to call 911, but I told her to let me eat first. I was able to get it up but have had lows throughout the day today. My worst episode ever.

I experience it more than three times a week. I am not sure how to pinpoint the problem. I have been logging what I eat, when and that kind of thing, but it seems when I think I am going to get through the week without an episode...I get one. My lowest recorded bloodsugar was 29. When I feel it coming on I am usually in the 50s and it rapidly drops from there.

I was diabetic before the surgery and on oral medication. It has been resolved since about 5 months post op. I do get a little bit light headed but they say that is more from my blood pressure dropping, not from blood sugar levels going to low. Sally
