Daily Post Thursday 7/31

I can't think of anything silly, but I've had a few people say things about how easy it must be, for me to lose weight now. If only they knew! I work hard at my exercise, keeping my food journal, putting my meals together, etc. Oh well, you get all kinds. Jules

My 5yr old nephew who seemed to enjoy informing me that I was "fat" said to me one day "your not fat anymore, I like that". Guess it isn't really silly but...

nothing, yet...

My 15 yr. old nephew told me one day, as I was preparing to jump into the water, that when I got in the water, I could use my arms (you know - the batwings) as rudders. He immediately said he was sorry, but I just laughed and told him the comment was okay. After all, they are what they are!

I am with most of the others, I can't really think of anything that comes to mind other then the nurse at the doctors office telling me that I shouldn't loose any more weight that I am perfect where I am at right now. I was at 185 when she said that. It was nice of her but believe me I know that I still have room to loose some more. Sally

I remember going to my orthopedic suregon after loosing 150lbs he told me I was too fat and needed to loose weight to relive my knee pain.

I haven't had anything yet..but I'm only 3 weeks out. Give me a few more months. ---jan---

I haven't had any silly comments about my surgery or directed toward me since my surgery only really great positive compliments.

I am currently 188 and a few people at work have told me im getting realy small!!!! Ive lost almost 100 lbs, and they didnt know me then, so I wonder what they would have said before my surgery!!!! Vivienne

I think the stupidest comments come from those who think they need to be the food police.
