I was 189 today. I think I started at 190.2. Things are sure not moving very quickly these days. I am still hoping to make it 185 by the end of this challenge.

162 this morning - four pounds lost this week! I haven't had a week like that in a LOOOOONG time!! YIPPEE! Not sure how it happened, either - I ate pretty much what I wanted, and didn't exercise much more than usual... but I'm not complaining!! Five pounds to LD goal - so I'm hoping to make it!!

Ok, made it through vacation with only gaining 2 pounds. I have lost one of thoseleaving me with a weight of 231.4 this morning. Can't wait to get into the 220's! Have a great week everyone! Michelle
