Past challengers who'd like to rejoin need to post their current weight AND a goal weight for Labor Day.
New folks need to post their highest/starting weight, their current weight, their goal weight for Labor Day AND their surgery date (if postop--preops and nonops are always welcome too!).

I'm here, sorta... I've had company all weekend and will be busy working at our county fair all this week. SO, we have guest posters for the daily posts this week all week long. I didn't manage to get the roll call post up on Saturday, so Jan jumped in and got it up for us since she was up first for posting daily posts...

This morning was ok for me I guess I am 246 the last few weeks I havent been doing so hot. I have been making bad food choices and not doing my excercises. I am feeling like I am getting a little out of touch wiht my goals. I surgens office was busy the other day and told me to call back. My phys is over an hour away, there are no suporrt group in my area. I am feeling a little out of touch. I have been so busy, I hardly get here right now. So I could probally be less than what I am, I am still less than what I was and havnt gained so that is good. Ok sorry for letting me vent.
