Daily Post--7/29/08 Tuesday
I try to do a variety of things. Mostly, I walk. I also belong to a gym so I go there to do circuit training and weights. On days when the weather is too bad to be outside, I also go there to do my cardio - yuck! I'd much rather be outside. I also do a program with a 6 lb. medicine ball. I do the medicine ball and/or weights a total of 2-3 times/wk. I try to do cardio 6 times/wk. Other things I have tried and liked:
snowshoeing
zumba
kayaking
