I really do not think you can tighten skin. It is like elastic, once it is stretched out of shape, you are just out of luck and have to get some new elastic.

I was told the same: keep hydrated and exercise. I do LOTS AND LOTS of toning exercises at home with cans and the good ole' sit ups.

I wish I knew the answer to this one. Honestly, exercise will only do so much, age has a lot to do with it. I think the younger you are, the better your skin will respond. Jules
