How many people went into this surgery knowing/believing they would NOT have plastics afterward? Has their minds changed now that they are at or close to goal?

I went into the surgery HOPING that I wouldn't need plastics, but now I find that I do. The only thing stopping me is the cost. I'm leaning toward a LBL and arms, and I've started to research going to Colombia for the procedures. Anyone have any insight on that?

I went into it pretty sure I would need plastics. And, I'm still pretty sure I will need plastics. I just don't know how I will afford all of the plastics I think I will need.

Still losing, and I made the decision not to look at this until I am at least a year at goal weight to make sure I have given my body every chance.

I went into this believing I would NOT have plastics...however, if I had the time and $$ (not a real possibility) I would have my arms done and my stomach..I get a terrible rash under my arms now that bugs me every day...but from what I understand "arms" are considered cosmetic so rash or no rash plastics are not in the cards for this girl (unless I win Lotto)..

I thought I wouldn't need plastics - ended up doing a Tummy Tuck w/muscle tightening and wish I would have gotten my arms done. Clothes finally fit good (except for my arms) so trying to save up for that too - my TT was 5400 - the best money I ever spent.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to. But I know I do....or should I say the girls do....

I went into surgery praying for plastics afterward. I used to be a dancer and couldn't wait to get back to that, but since then have had a baby and don't know if I will ever return to that.

I knew I would need plastics. My husband's already saving for them!

I knew from the beginning I would need plastics on my legs, and still feel that way, and have not got my surgeon on board and willing to recommend plastic surgeons. Right now I am ok with my tummy and arms, but if money were no object would have that done also, and a face lift at least and eye lift...
