I'm pretty sure that I will have either abdominoplasty or lower body lift and a brachioplasty. I am currently battling a rash under the pannus (tmi), so I hope to have a portion of the surgery covered by insurance. If not, I may not be able to do it. As far as covering up, I don't really cover up any more than I would normally cover up. If it's hot, I wear sleeveless, and if I'm at the lake, I wear the bathing suit (with a skirt over the bottoms), but I would do that anyway.
I don't think so.
I hate my arms and stomach...but I just don't go sleeveless and I wear a lot of jeans with no give in them to suck up my tummy.
since the arms aren't really covered by most insurances and that is what bothers me the most..I can't see putting my body thru the surgery and recovery process.
When I had WLS I never thought I'd have PS... but now I"m leaning more towards the "definately" side of things... lol! I would love to have everything lifted but in reality I'll probably only have my tummy and and have things put back in the right place on top if you know what I mean... lol! My fiance' says he doesn't have a problem with it but I'm self conscious, so I'm saving my nichols (insurance won't cover it and I haven't had any rashes or anything). I shop at Victoria's for my unders... They work best for me.

Well, I was one that said, nope, not me, I'm not going to have surgery. But lately, I've noticed that things are really sagging. Do you know, a couple of weeks ago, I was running to grab the phone and my belly was slapping my thighs, I about died laughing. It was the funniest sound and sensation. Must have been an "up" day, because I found it funny.
So now, I'm thinking, why not. Jules
No plans for plastic surgery for me! 1) I can't justify it with 2 small children to support 2) I've had enough bad experiences with surgery that I don't want to put my family through that again.
I don't really have a lot of skin to hide ~ I've been very fortunate. I only wear shortsleeves at home. I NEVER wear shorts when other people are around (even family). I have to wear a padded bra now...I've gone from a 42D to a 34B!!!
I'd like to get the girls a lift... They are pretty down lately lol I had a TT about 5 years ago when I lost 85lbs with Atkins... gained it all back but the tuck pretty much held - enough anyways that it's not that bad. The arms would be nice but oh well... If that is the greatest of my worries, I"ll be happy I'm alive and moving! ok some parts more than others
Happy 4th!

If I had the money, I would so do the PS. I NEED a boob job, TT, arms, thighs and butt lifted and tightened. I wear clothes that aren't clingy. I find that most people can't tell I have sagging skin due to the clothes. But without them....YIKES! I'm still wearing a bra I got from Lane Bryant...it's way too big, but I just HATE bra shopping and don't want to spend the money. But now that when I turn one direction the bra goes another, I think it's time to break down and get a new one....
