For the Labor Day Challenge, My goal is 154 which would be a loss of 14 pounds or 1.75 lbs per week *** Challenge starting weight: 168 **** Highest weight: 260 RNY (12/28/07)

Current- 211 Goal for Labor Day- 195 That is 16lbs to loose .. i can do that... i hope... even if i hit 199 id be in my glory i havent seen onederland since i was 17
