How do you add good calories? What do you allow yourself for carbs (foods not numbers)? Do you drink caffine? Do you drink when you eat?

Do you have an issue keeping motivated once your mind catches up with your body and you see how much better you look? (do you get complacent or say good enough?) How do you determine what is the best weight for you? Do you do any spot exercises for certain areas of your body and what are they?

Do you have a network of friends or family (in person, not online) that have had WLS? Does this "support group" help each other? Do your WLS scars bother you or your significant other? Do you still "dump", and if so, do you know the triggers? How far out are you?

I believe in "everything in moderation". I know what foods I "indulge in" from time to time, maybe for a special event or so on. If you allow yourself a treat every now and then, what is your "indulgence" food?
