Daily Post--6/29/08

I love to exercise and my weight has decreased, but it has stalled since April

Preop I was either exercising or feeling guilty about not exercising (mostly the latter). I really was never very active, always looking for the closest parking space to the door, or avoiding walking at all. Postop, I have come to enjoy exercising. If I don't do something for a few days, I start to feel bad (not guilty, but more like unhealthy). With the nice weather, I'm trying to walk as much as possible. I have a gym membership, but I've only been going a couple of times a week to do weights. Otherwise, I try to do something that takes me outside, like walking (to work) or gardening.

I must admit this is the one area I am having a hard time with. I know I should exercise, but getting motivated is hard. I have made it my new goal. Vivienne
