Daily Post--6/21/08
Beef or turkey jerkey, yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in, peanut butter on a spoon (lol), a hard boiled egg, string cheese, apple slices, steamed edemame (soy beans), nuts. I have a lot, I get bored easily! I used to east protein bars too but figured out that they're a trigger for me (too much like a candy bar for me).
