Beef Jerky, prefer homemade so it has less sodium, but have not had time to make any lately, so just buying it. I also like the cheese snacks.

Beef or turkey jerkey, yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in, peanut butter on a spoon (lol), a hard boiled egg, string cheese, apple slices, steamed edemame (soy beans), nuts. I have a lot, I get bored easily! I used to east protein bars too but figured out that they're a trigger for me (too much like a candy bar for me). Sheryl

I like hot pepper jack cheese, newmans own protein pretzels (not really loaded with protein), smoked almonds and microwave popcorn with parmasean cheese sprinkled on it. Sally

Snack time is usually when I eat my fruit, but if I need extra protein beyond my meals, I will either have a glass of skim milk with SF Carnation Instant Breakfast, or I'll have a wedge of light Laughing Cow Herb cheese on a piece of whole grain toast.
