Dance & Hip Hop...I listen to all different kinds of music but the beat gets me moving even in the car I've got to dance.

I have a mix of things on my ipod.......classic rock is my fav. also some 90's hip hop and then i had to put on some metal music to get my through the eliptical.....like metallica and judas priest....hey what ever works!
