I haven't gained yet, (hopefully never), but if I do, I'll jus****ch myself closely for a few days. Try to knock it off before it becomes five pounds, or six pounds....

so far thank goodness, I have not had any gain, but I am barely 1 month post op. I think if I had that problem, I would have to start looking at my exercise and diet, then decide if that is off what to do to change it back to keep on track.

I dedicate more time and effort to exercise - I usually know exactly what caused the gain, and I avoid the carbs and sugars for a few days.

When this has happened I usually chalk it up to water weight gain and take my diuretic more frequently and it usually does the trick. If I feel like it is from eating too much then I look back at what I have eaten and see how many carbs I have taken in. I also look at my water and protein consumption. I do weigh myself a few times a week so I try not to get more then one or two pounds up from what I have been weighing. Sally

I am currently battling a regain now and I am trying to deal with the issues that caused me to revert grazing and eating empty calories and then I will work on getting my diet back on track.
