When this has happened I usually chalk it up to water weight gain and take my diuretic more frequently and it usually does the trick. If I feel like it is from eating too much then I look back at what I have eaten and see how many carbs I have taken in. I also look at my water and protein consumption. I do weigh myself a few times a week so I try not to get more then one or two pounds up from what I have been weighing.
