Daily Post--6/3/08

lets see... prior to WLS I had High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, High Cholestrol, Allergies, Asthma, and Acid Reflux that often felt like I was having a heart attack. Each of these meds were $30 so my total was $150 or more. I still have Asthma/Allergies but the Asthma isn't nearly as bad and I'm off all other meds. Other than that... I'm able to move with no problem, my knees and back work better! I can climb stairs and not grunt every step and I can actually go up 5 flights if needed (I'd stiff rather take the elevator... lol!). I used to huff and puff when I would walk at the San Diego Zoo or Disneyland, but now I fly through them. I love my RNY!!! Sheryl
