SF popsicles will count toward your required daily intake. I drink the Celestial Seasonings Fruit-Flavored Teas. I have an iced-tea maker that I keep on the counter. My favorite is their black cherry tea and also the peach tea. Just the tea over a lot of ice - no splenda or sugar.

Besides a lot of the things posted already, I also like sf hot apple cider. Like most of my drinks, I cut the amount in quarters and then it's not so sweet. Lately, I've been enjoying my chocolate protein shakes with four large strawberries added. Yum. Jules

sorry I can not help! I am on a coffee kick right now and for some reason the hotter the better. I use to only have maybe 2 cups daily! Now I drink 2 pots and if its not hot I heat it up in the microwave. I also drink SF lemonade...I did not like the tast of lemonade before. I do want tons of ice with it though. So it extreme hot on coffee and extreme cold on the lemonade!

I can not drink crystal light at all.....I have to use the generic versions.....I also like what used to be power options....it is the low sugar version of power ade. I think they have a new version out called power zero....no calories...can't find it yet, but have seen commercials.

Sorry I cant be of help. I dont like the taste of plain water much so I stick with the walmart version of crystal light, or the wylers sugar free packs. But I put more water in than they say so its not so sweet. Vivienne

Guess I am not a good one to answer this because I drink a lot of plain water (40-60 oz) a day. Sometimes I will put a slice of fresh lemon in it. I use a crystal lite to make my protein shake with and besides that I drink about 6 cups of regular coffee black (full of caffiene). I will occassionally drink some fresh brewed sun tea with nothing added to it (no sugar ever) but that has caffeine too. I was good for the first 3-4 months after surgery and stayed away from the caffeine but not any more. I have always loved just plain water and still do thankfully. Sally

I drink a lot of decaf tea -- in the morning I have it with milk and nutrasweet, later in the day I ice it with just the nutrasweet.
