Daily Post--5/21/08

Oh yes, I used to drive around and sit and wait for a close spot. Or I'd get mad at my husband for parking far out, especially if there was a closer parking spot. Now it doesn't matter where I park. Jules

I almost always go directly to the farthest spot in the parking lot now. It's my way of making sure I never go back to my old ways. It annoys my kids but they will thank me some day both for extending my life and for instilling in them the importance of physical activity (or, at least, that's what I tell them -- lol).

I usually park where ever I can find a spot. If it is rainig I still try to park close to the door because I don't like to get wet and am so sweet that I would just melt........lol Sally

It really depends on my mood, or how many errands I have. But yes usually I park in the first spot I see. Vivienne

I do a bit a both..it just depends on the day and what I have going on. My daughter is actually the one who says we should park further out so we can get some exercise in by walking...I am proud of her and she keeps me on track

Yep. I used to do that all the time. Not any more. I park wherever there's a spot and don't even give it a thought. Feels GREAT!
