I eat a little more protein. Make sure I get a good nights rest. Jules

I wish I had the answer for this one. It seems as if I am tired all the time and I am a year out from surgery. I am beginning to wonder if some of it is some depression coming back. I suffered from this after my divorce and then got better, but some of the same symptoms keep cropping up. Doesn't seem like I should be tired all the time. Sally

I haven't had this problem. I have plenty of energy. If I'm tired it's because I'm in need of sleep and I get to bed a little earlier.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea just prior to my surgery. I used my c-pap machine faithfully until about 3 weeks ago when I thought I might not need it anymore. Then I started to feel tired during the day again, so Last night, I set up the c-pap again and used it. I slept all night without waking up and feel much better today. I also try to exercise every day, get to bed at a decent hour each night and drink the water. (The water has been a challenge all along and still is.)

I find it's getting to be that time of the year when I'm trying to finish things at school and not getting enough sleep. Sleep is the key. Make it a point to go to bed 1/2 hour earlier because we all know we certainly can't sleep later. I also make sure I'm getting my vitamins and healthy snacks and my water.

I would agree with getting the proper amount of rest and nutrition....
