sleep - OK that is probably not the answer you were looking for..but honestly, I am whipped all the time...I should probably excersize more...but I prefer sleep.

When I feel "beat", I drink more water, eat more protein, and force myself to take a walk. Lack of all of those things contribute to the fatigue!

I havent really had any problems with fatique. But I do think I sleep better if I have moved in some way during the day. Vivienne

I double check to make sure I haven't been lax on the vitamins, I up my protein a bit, I make sure I get my fluids and exercise and I allow myself a little extra rest. Sometimes we all just need a little bit of down time.

I just try to get to bed earlier, but I know how hard that can be sometimes. I'm not too tired right now. But I find I am sleeping less at night than I used to.

I take an extra B12 in the afternoon if I start to feel fatigued. I use the sublinguals 2500mcg once a day but occasionally will take one in the afternoon as well. If I don't have them with me I eat nuts or a protein bar which helps as well.

I have found that some times when I am totally exhausted, a trip to the gym actually helps. Not sure why, but it makes me feel better.

WOW...I was surprised to read this!!! I thought it was only me that got tired! I just thought I was getting old or something. hahaha Guess my diet could be part of the reason for being tired. I will try adding a bit more protein and getting more exercise. Also, maybe I should just give in and go to be a little earlier some nights! Thanks for the ideas and it gives me some comfort to know that others are going through this same thing.
