This is a great question and I have been stuggling and searching for an answer to. I will be reading everyones reply hoping to gain some insite. I can see some of the habits reforming and am trying to overcome them but some days I am just not successful. It scares me. Sally

My old snacking used to be a diet pepsi and a candy bar, or potato chips.... I cant eat candybars because sugar gives me headaches... I cant drink soda, and 2 or 3 chips works for me. I find that I really havent done any mindless snacking anymore. Vivienne

I try to have "safe," healthy snacks in the house at all times...this week it's beautiful, fresh, sweet strawberries, sometiems it's sugarfree popscycles, or 100 cal paks. I know they aren't also the best choices, but I keep reminding myself how far I've come, and it reminds me that whatever silly thing I might be "craving" just isn't worth it.
