Daily Post--5/13/08
I try to have "safe," healthy snacks in the house at all times...this week it's beautiful, fresh, sweet strawberries, sometiems it's sugarfree popscycles, or 100 cal paks. I know they aren't also the best choices, but I keep reminding myself how far I've come, and it reminds me that whatever silly thing I might be "craving" just isn't worth it.
