What works for you? 3 meals a day? 3 meals and 2 snacks? 6 very small meals? Why do you think this is the best program for you?

At first I was eating every 4 hours, now that is not possible as my work gets in the way, so I try to have 3 meals a day and then a snack as needed.

Three meals a day used to work for me perfectly but now I crossed into a danger zone of grazing and need to change my program up...I am thinking 6 small meals may work best for me and hopefully that will cure me of the grazing and eating mindlessly all day...or three meals with 2 snacks....I dont know which is going to work best for me but I got to figure it out ASAP.

I have a problem eating before lunch so I drink lots of fluid in the morning, lunch at 12, snack at 3:30, dinner about 6:30 then a snack at 9:30. That's what works for me...been hungry lately but may be PMS??

I generally do three meals and if I really need a snack, I add one snack, usually in the evening. Between meals I am at work and there is no time to eat anyway, so this pattern has fit into my schedule pretty well.

breakfast, which is a protein shake snack, which is a yogurt or fruit lunch, usually dinner leftovers snack, fruit dinner, whatever my husband makes that day This works for me simply because it has become my routine. If something gets in the way of the routine, that's when I start to have problems. I need to stay regimented.

I do 3 meals, an afternoon snack and an evening snack. If I didn't plan the snacks I'd graze, so this works for me.

I do 3 meals and 2 snacks. I'm used to this as this was my schedule after I found out I was diabetic. So, I've just stuck with it.
