Daily Post--5/11/08
Three meals a day used to work for me perfectly but now I crossed into a danger zone of grazing and need to change my program up...I am thinking 6 small meals may work best for me and hopefully that will cure me of the grazing and eating mindlessly all day...or three meals with 2 snacks....I dont know which is going to work best for me but I got to figure it out ASAP.
breakfast, which is a protein shake
snack, which is a yogurt or fruit
lunch, usually dinner leftovers
snack, fruit
dinner, whatever my husband makes that day
This works for me simply because it has become my routine. If something gets in the way of the routine, that's when I start to have problems. I need to stay regimented.
