I have a total gym that I try to use 3 days a week, at work I walk about 10000 steps a day 3 days a week. I just bought a bike which I will ride to and from work 2 miles total each day.

I try to get to Curves three times a week and have recently bought an exercise dvd by Leslie Sansone that seems like a lot of fun. I figure I can do that three times a week and give myself one day a week to be kind of lazy. haha When we go camping, I try to walk or hike as much as possible.
I do a Bean workout every morning before my shower (www.bean.com). I walk for 15 minutes on break at work every day - sometimes also at lunch for another 30.
